I need customer support but I cannot log in because my password is not recognised. I clicked on reset password, entered my email address and waited for an email. No email arrives. I do the same thing several times with identical outcome. How can I contact support??!!

Sorted. Finally got the email that allowed me to re-register and after that, Smith Micro support dealt with my query very fast.
