hi everybody,

i'm working on an wacom cintiq companion on win 8.1
I downloaded and installed AS 11.


i worked a few and decided to make the fonts bigger.
i used the advanced style.
i noticed i could'nt reach the layers part.
i get back to the normal size of the font and when i tried to manage the layer settings, that bug appear.

i tried:

restart my computer
switch off and switch on my computer
re download and reinstall AS 11
update windows

i have no more idea?

someone have new ones please ?

Here the solution from Smith Micro Support:

"Thank you for contacting Support. It sounds like you may have moved the items off screen. Are you using any sort of Magnification for your Screen

Try removing the Settings File in the:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Smith Micro\Anime Studio Pro\11


AppData may be hidden. Go your Control Panel, (Change from Categories to an Icon view on the right) select Folder Options and under the View Tab, select Show Hidden Files and Folders to allow you to view the AppData folder.

I'm happy it was solved. And thank you for posting the solution here, it will be helpful for others in the future.

one last thing to complete my treat:

I remember made ( not on purpose ) a shortcut - ALT+L - that activate the magnifying glass on Windows.
Even i get back at 100 % it effect AS.

Obiously, graphic changes can disturb the placement or visibility of pop up windows.
