Caligari has a free version of it's popular 3D program TRUESPACE. Specifically, v3.2 gold. No time limit, not crippled. Full function! Together with the free plug-in LUUV v4.3 it will export 3d models to OBJ format correctly with textures UV maps. I've tried it and it works.

Very cool, will check out this 3d (3dee) program out, it would be nice to cut down the workflow to just 3 programs.
