Anyone know if its possible to import an image with transparent background, and animate this image?

I usually cut out, lets say a person, in photoshop, then paste it in a new document with a transparent background.
The problem if you just import an image, the "background" will block the other layers...

Export with a transparent background as a .png from photoshop, then the transparency are kept in Moho.
Best result you get if you "export for web" in photoshop with the png24 settings.
