Any scripts utility belt I should install?

HI,
I wonder if you guys know of any scripts package you use to rig/animate your characters.
I saw many scripts, for many versions of ASP.
I would like t learn abut scripts that can really help me rig and/or animate or improve workflow.
We are currently using ASP10 - we're hoping to buy ASP11 within the next few months, but won't be able to do that right now.
