Transform Points Around Arbitrary Point

The Transform Points tools normally works around the selection center. Is there a way to make it work around a user defined point?
For example, click a point on the screen and get it to rotate the selected points around that point? Kinda like moving the pivot for a layer and then rotating but I need this for editing a point selection within the drawing.
I think the answer is 'no' but I wanted to ask here just in case.

Fazek's tool use to do this, but I haven't used it for a long time.

Okay, thanks for the tip. Was that an additional tool or does it replace the existing one? Asking because I'm hesitant about replacing the existing tool with an older one, especially if it means possibly losing some newer functionality.
I'll look into this at home tonight.
I would really like to see this feature added to the native tool. Guess I should submit a feature request.

Fazek's tools don't replace the stock tools (unless you remove them yourself).

Okay, thanks. Didn't get the chance to check on it yet but will try to do so this weekend.
I think what I'd really like to see for the tool is behavior like in Photoshop's Free Transform tool. When you're using Free Transform on a selection, if you hold down the Ctrl key, you can drag the pivot to a new position before transforming the selection. This move is only a temporary change and the pivot points snaps resets to the selection center the next time you invoke the tool. It would be great if ASP's Transform Points tool could emulate that.
