Hi, I have ASP on my PC and my Mac. I primarily use my PC so I started with a boxed copy of 9. Did a digital upgrade to 10 then a digital upgrade to 11. I have all my serial numbers.

I have my PC upgraded to 11 but my Mac is still on 10. I was going to upgrade the mac to 11 but my original download link in my email doesn't work anymore. So, how can I get it now?

I think you can just go to the Updates page and enter the serial number for the version you own. Here's the link:

Hope this works for you. If not, I would get in touch with support. If you're on file, they should be able to send you a new download link.
