bonelayer and Keyframes the 2nd

Hi
I have a bonelayer with a PSD file associated which is composed of different layers
When I combine eg. the arms consisting of 3 bones conect to the arm layer by "use selected bones for flexi binding" and do the same with the other layers for body arm and legs and head I can move them quite easy BUT the it gets problematic
During animation I just move one bone of the arm layer and keep the others and add a KeylayerI jump to the next frame and move another bone looking at the animation it gets totaly weired snce the "add keylayer "command added not keylayers to the other bones of this layer it did only so for this one bone,
This is obvious when I jump back one frame klick at the unmoved bone and see suddenly no keylayer"point"
This would be no problem if one could see a bone-translation line for each bone in the channels view but this seems not possible.
Is there any solution or am I completly wrong in doing my animation (quite possible because I am a newbie)
