Where is the PDF user manual for AS 11?

Yeah......Where is the PDF user manual for AS 11? I I've been using Anime Studio since version 6 and I've always been able to download and print out a users manual so I can read it at work or when I'm just out and about and can make notes......Where the Faaa Fudge is it?
