Dear all

My Windows 7 Version was rather problematic so I updated the System from 7 to w10 with Option keeing apps and personal data

After starting Anime Studio 11.2 and importing a jpg or opening a Animation file there is only a White tile in the size of the Picture i imported
reinstalled the Software- no Change
installed an old Version of Anime Studio 8 everything ok no Problem

any solution?

While I don;t have any issues running ASP with Windows 10, I did have initial issues with my graphics driver(NVidia) and Windows 10. I'd check there first...

Thanks, since ist a Standard Laptop with a generic Intel Driver, there seems no Problem there
also animestudio 8 works fine I do not think the Problem is the Driver but is located within a Problem of w10

I'm running ASP 11.2 on a Windows tablet with Windows 10, Intel Iris 6100 graphics.

When I upgraded from Win 8 to Win 10 last summer, I think I experienced some weird graphics issues too. The errors went away after I updated the Intel graphics drivers and it's been running perfectly fine since.

In fact, after the Windows 10 upgrade, I had to manually update a handful of drivers, like for Wifi, Bluetooth, etc. Windows 10 might try to update hardware drivers for you but I wouldn't rely on it.

thanks,

did that after the last Reply, sadly did not work
funny Detail
when I load an Animation you actually see the Pictures which are loaded but after finishing loading all Pictures they suddenly go "White"
