In Anime Studio Pro 11, I made a character
I divide the torso in two pieces and top and bottom (point binding)
I want my character tilt at the hip
The promblem is that when I move the hip, the legs are shown?!?!?!
Help?
Am I missing something?

It's not really clear what you mean by the legs are shown... Perhaps a screen shot?

part of the problem is in how you've set your binding. It looks like the 'hip' region of the legs aren't bound to the lower torso bone at all. If you alter your leg art so it doesn't extend up so high, you won't have to bind it to the torso.
Also, the position of the root and first spine bone is a bit low. You've placed have them at the crotch but normally I place these at around hip height--this way, the torso bends more naturally at the waist upwards and not from the crotch.
There are some good examples in the ASP content folder you might want to check out, like the pirate girl or space girl rigs.
Hope this helps.

I think since we have Target Bones, the main horizontal bone is no necessary anymore. As Greenlaw said, check the Spacewoman character from the library. The legs are child of the stomach bone, so when you rotate that bone, the hips automatically rotate with it and the feet keep touching the ground (because they have targets).
