Preview thumbnail missing? Moho 12

It's got to be at my end but, When I open a file I have no preview image for the moho extension ? I still see .anime previews. I have versions 11 pro and Moho pro 12. As a matter of fact I see the preview in ASP 11 for the Moho extention? Something went wrong somewhere can anyone help?

If you're on Windows, I believe there's a way to reset the thumbnail cache. Might google it.

Im not sure what happened but it's back maybe when I viewed them in ASP11? Thanks though, I checked my laptop and no thumbnails at all but I did uninstall ASP11 I haven't checked that out yet.
