MOHO 12 Noise Setting difference

Difference or Bug in MOHO 12? Trying to Make Thunderbolts and lightning but this is what I get with Noise Settings?

I think there was a change where disabling round caps now only effects the ends. It doesn't take noisy vectors into account. I'll report the bug.
