how can i import video in animations
and what kind of codec ?

Either File/Import/Movie…
Or just drag your movie into the Viewport...
I presume you can use any QuickTime-Movie,
in any QuickTime supported Codec.

Some AVI files too (on Windows, and maybe Linux).
