Here some stills from the animation "Enkidu & Shamkhat" that I am currently working on.
Both characters and sets are real world objects, modelled in clay, wire and cardboard and painted, and then photographed against a greenscreen.
The pictures are then cleaned up in an image program and imported as .psd into Moho for layering and animation.

The story is loosely based on a section from the babylonian epic Gilgamesh, and gives a view on how civilisation tames nature.

How beautiful! It shows that this is a project done wioth love and dedication. The figures are very engaging. I can't wait to see them animated!

This is what I imagine if Picasso and his friends would've done animation. Great colours and textures. Let's see some animation soon!

Thanks for the kind words :-)
Here's a very small animation test of a bird, which just is some wire and a piece of silk paper. But even if the animation is pretty crude, it actually works I think.
