File is always missing

Every time I open a specific project, I'm told a there is a file missing, and would I like to locate it manually. I go to locate it, it's right where it's supposed to be, and when I select it Moho is satisfied. Then next time I open the project, it again says it can't find the same file. Actually, this occurs with more than one project, and sometimes multiple files in a single project. In every case, the file hasn't been moved or renamed and is exactly where it's supposed to be.
If I say No, that I don't want to find it, then it tells me another file can't be found, and then another and another. As soon as I say Yes, I want to locate one manually, then it is able to find every other file after that.
When in the project, I go to Reveal Source Image, and the file location and name is always correct.
I should also add that I am accessing this project from multiple computers, and using OneDrive to store my projects. But since OneDrive isn't technically "cloud storage", and all the files in my OneDrive folder are technically locally stored, that shouldn't disqualify things.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
