Controlling an imported video?

Is there a way to control imported videos from within Moho? I mean play and stop controls.
I need to tell in imported video to stay still and then play from a certain moment on. In the 'Image' tab of the level preferences I can only see either loop or not loop. The only way I can think of is to edit the video outside of Moho and then import the different clips.

You can slide its start time on the sequencer.

True! I see I must set it to "persist first frame", otherwise I get a blank on frame zero (or on the frame before the starting one, wherever that may be set to on the timeline).
