Referenced Actions inside other Action, doesn't works... :(

Curious, but seems that I can insert Referenced Actions inside other Actions if I copy the Mainline keyframes and there was an Action inserted "By Reference" on it, o.k? Well, but seems that the Action Referenced inside an Action doesn't reproduce/repeat the movements of the "original" referenced Action and I'm curious about if this is Bug, an inadvertently/incomplete feature or what... any clue?
