Hi all new to the forum and to animating in general...

I have anime studio pro 11 and I'm starting to dabble with it, but I'm having a problem rotating an imported tracing image.

I import the hand drawn image that scanned to my computer but it comes out horizontal and I want the image vertical, I've been having difficulty rotating the tracing image so that it is vertical...

Anyone have experience with this issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thank all.

Import as Image… (not as Tracing Image...) than you can rotate, scale, move etc…

...and if you want to, you can put a white rectangle @ 50% transparency on a vector frame above it so the image is more subdued...

... or even reduce the opacity of the image

...or even enable Fade Unselected Layers.
