How to resize multiple layers at once?

I've just started working with Moho and I created this image then realized it was larger than the viewing area. Now I'm wondering how I could resize the layers together or resize the viewing area?

Easiest way is to drop them all in a Group and then resize the Group.
If you're using Debut, put them in a Bone layer and resize that.
