Voice Audio Change

In my animation projects I sometime need a women's voice. In "GarageBand" (Mac) & "Audacity" the results are not acceptable. Where can I locate a voice changing program ?

Fiverr and hire someone for $5. Hire an actor, not a voice-over person. The results are almost always better than tinkering about with audio programs.
