...create diagonal lines that rotate with the object?

Hello

So, I have several objects that I would like to have filled with diagonal lines. I tried making a style that hade ridiculously long 'spot'-effects, which was okay. But, when I rotate the objects that have the line-style applied, the lines stays in the angle I defined when I created the style.

Is there any other way to get the lines than drawing them with the add point tool? Ideas?

Yes, that would be a way to do it. A bit troublesome since the objects are transforming from small sized to huge when rotating.

Thanks!

Hello Syd,

I've made up a little blending script that might help.

You can create a set of stripes or lines fairly quickly, then mask them with your main shape, then rotate both the lines layer and the shape/mask layer together.
