I can't seem to get stroke exposure keyframes to show up on the motion graph. Any ideas?

No, not even in 11.2.

Okay thanks. I was hoping to use this feature to replace some After Effects strokes (as AE only has the default circular brush), but it looks like I may need another solution. Here's hoping that Moho can be more of a reliable asset in the future.

Ramón López reported this (21621) and other issues with curve exposure back in 2011 -- and I didn't spot it because I did a search for _stroke_ exposure -- mea culpa!! the tool calls itself "stroke exposure" but everything about it (the lua file, the channel codes ...) is all about _curve_; so an apology to Ramón for an unintended duplication when just a bump should have sufficed.

Seems to still be broken in 12.5 as I am only now finding out because I am planning to animate quite a lot of stroke exposures. Here's hoping for a fix in Moho 13.

Yes, still broken in 12.5.
BTW, I typically link Stroke Exposure animation to an SBD, which I feel gives me better control over the velocity of the Stroke Exposure than animating Stroke Exposure directly in the Motion Graph editor (when it's working, I mean.) Plus the SBD's curve show up in the GE if I decide to animate it there.
Like this:
Not exactly a fix but I hope this workaround helps.

Yes, good idea! At least for those lines with critical timing this will be a workable solution.
Thanks.
