Was this created and rendered in Moho? If so, how did you get the glasses to reflect light? As far as i know there are no such advanced settings for 3D materials in Moho or light sources?

Completely rendered in Moho 12. Took about 4h because Moho is so sloooow. Reflecting is done using masking and animated shape fill.

They look so much like 3D objects? Something you would do with Moho and Poser more than likely. If they are 2D models, could you share a scene or character as I am very interested to see how you did it.

That pretty effective ( the reflection). It is just a simple stripe , cleverly placed with themotion of the SB.
