Is there a way of getting the background "layer" transparent. Im doing these crazy sequences which im gonna further layer in FCP, and it will be hard if the background is white etc.

Any tips would be greatly appriciated... thanx

You have to export with a format that supports transparency, either as an image sequence in png-format or as quicktimes with millions+ colours.
There are discussions about this on the board, try a search.

Every file format i've exported from moho has had an alpha channel.
