Hey Chucky....Those volumetric lighting effects in the music video are great....Lightwave or Moho?

Hi Dk, that is just a very simple effect in Vegas, I think it was the built-in plugin called light rays.

Well, you can ( do a degree). You could do it really well if vector layers had the option to extrude in z + or - rather than both simultaneously.
Looks like stacked shapes with overlapping transparent gradients. Notice the two squares before the "s". I assume those are the extra points needed to create the two extra stacked gradients.

Nice Chucky.....how did you get the transparency fade on the extrusion?
I assume the shafts of light are extruded objects?
UPDATE: Ahhh....blur radius.
