i KNOW it should be aroud here (in forum) somewhere, but i just couldnt find it...
anyhow, is there a way of animating imported pictures, and if there is, then how?

Yes - the best format is MOV (Quicktime). Just create a new image layer and choose the .mov file as the image.

Some AVIs will also work, but you'll have less trouble with MOVs.
