Any idea why my bones are not moving. I try to animate thee bones but no go. Keyframes are being created but the bones are not moving. smart bones and regular bones neither are animating. Any idea?

is the channel muted? (red dot by the channel icon in the timeline) -- if so, click that to un-mute
