Does anyone know if this forum is visited by representatives from SmithMicro ?

I need information from them. I’ve left phone messages at their California office, but I doubt they’ll return the call from Australia.

There’re several "contact" options on their websites, but, as far as I can see, they all lead to the "submit a ticket" page which isn’t working.

Anyone know of a good email address I could use to help sort a licence/download problem? (And let them know about their broken ticket page)

Don't know. Haven't heard from any of the devs in forever.

Smith Micro abandoned Moho. It probably wont get any support until someone buys it out.

No support after purchase. They do provide a 30 day return policy.
