I saw this new course from Bloop Animation at the weekend - https://www.bloopanimation.com/moho-animation/

The content looks great, and it's good to see them investing time in creating a course for Moho.

Interesting ... The course preview actually looks good. I like the character and animation sequence they created.

They are putting Moho up there with the Big Boys and Girls !!

hehe.. just realised the pack-shot for Moho says "Animating with Cinema 4D"

I think the animation sequence looks great - it has a definite Scooby Doo vibe about it πŸ˜€

It really shows off what Moho can do.

I wonder if they'll have a Black Friday sale?

Not unless they've had a change of policy - https://www.bloopanimation.com/black-friday-deals/

Good to know. In my experience it's rather common for software developers to offer holiday specials to generate sales, but at least they state their reasons for not doing so right up front so I respect them for that.

They also say: "That’s why I always have special deals and discounts when a new product gets released, and never after.".

So as it is a new product, you could ask them for a new product discount ... and they might be nice to you.

It says "animating with cinema 4d" at the bottom of its box. Weird typo.

The sample animation looks so good, I just had to give this try. I'm finding it very clear and comprehensive so far. Can't wait to get to the rigging section.

Hey Neeters,
I'm looking forward to what you think about it. I love your animations and so if you think it's good I know I'll get something out of it. Did you just get the Basic course or one of the others?

As people say, the intro looks nice, so I'm intrigued.

That looks like a really good course.
I'm also happy to see that somebody valued my "Mohony' sample character enough to use it as an example. :D
I should have capitalised with that more myself rather than waiting for SM to ' co-op'. Grrrr.

Damn. Looks like I'll have to spend some money again.

You made Mohony?
That character was a godsend for me, to get several great hints on how to rig characters.
Thanks! I also love the design of her.

Hey thanks Argleblorps. :D
She's far from perfect I know, plus, I think there could be a few feature enhancements that would make this type of rig much more elegant and streamlined.
Looks like dreams like that might be possible again, one day. :D
