Error! Entered serial number is not valid. Make sure you're selecting the correct drop down menu product. Include '-' dashes/hyphens in your serial. Please try again.

Make sure all "O" are zeros.

You don't need to upgrade your 13 licence key. Just use the same key for 13.5.

谢谢你的提醒，我从订单网页【复制、粘贴】序列号，到Moho网站升级。应该不会输入错误【0】、【O】这两个字母

I would imagine that the CD versions are delayed (or should be) whilst they deal with the early identified issues. It would be good, of course, if they told you the shipping status.
