Moho doesn't recognise my serial number

I got Moho 13.5 to start but it won't accept my serial numbver as valid. I have 12.5 and used the same serial to install that a couple of months ago, and I'm copying and pasting from the original Smith Micro email when I bought Moho 12.
Any help appreciated.

Moho 12.5 and 13.5 are different products, so they have different serial numbers. You will need to pay for an upgrade to Moho 13.5 to get a new serial number. For a limited time, you can upgrade from 12.5 to 13.5 for $99. IMO, it's a worthwhile upgrade if you can make use of the new features (Vitruvian Bones, Perspective Quad, Quad Mesh, and Wind.)

If you have a registered Moho 13.0 license, you can update to Moho 13.5 for free.

Sorry, I misread your post.

When you purchased the Moho 12.5 to 13.5 upgrade, you should have received a new Moho 13.5 serial number. I'm assuming this will have been sent by email. If you didn't see it, check your spam folder.

Otherwise, contact Lost Marble directly and I'm sure they will fix this.

To be clear, your old 12.x serial number is only for Moho 12.x. You need a Moho 13.x serial number to use Moho 13.x.

Make sure you're entering any Os as zeros.

Well I'm daft enough to have missed the 'Upgrade' bit on the Buy page. Thanks for the help Greenlaw, and with the Win 10 upgrade advice.
