Can you give more details?
I have done something similar to this on several occasions... to fix it I usually copy the key from frame 1 or 2 or where ever I had made changes and paste on frame 0 then delete the later key frames.
If I create shapes... that usually has to be redone. But mesh and bone movement can be copied.
Did you make changes to the mesh? Bones? You should be able to copy those keys to frame zero.
Also even if you did set it up on frame 2 you should still be able to add or modify bones on frame 0. Depending on how much you did on frame 2 it could be funky.
Sometimes I actually do some intentional character "setup" on frame 1. Frame 0 offset bones doesn't allow rotation... so... it is easier to rotate on frame 1 then to try adjusting everything.

For shapes:
Either:
On frame 0, click on each fill/outline shape with the Select Shape tool, and manually change the alpha for that shape (you'll see it's set on 0, fully transparent).
or
On the frame you set up everything, click on each fill/outlineshape with the Select Shape tool, which will reveal the fill/outline keys for that particular shape. Copy those newly revealed keyframes to frame 0.

I'm sure if they were an honorary membership, Myles could get enough votes to become such a member, with ease.
