Does anyone have a brush settings configuration that closely resembles a hand drawn pencil line?

If you're looking for a brush preset, I think CK Sketch Sponge M is a pretty good one for a pencil look. In the Brush Settings window, it's at the bottom. Set it to a grayer tone or anything but solid black for a more convincing look.
Also, be sure to enable Minimize Frame-To-Frame Randomness or it may chatter like crazy.
Hope this helps.

If your settings are 1920x1080...
CK Ink Clouds Brush
Brush spacing 0
Dark Gray (70,70,70)
Stroke Width: 4
Stroke Effect: Soft Edge >
Blur Radius 1
Layer Settings:
General >
Noise: 30 In the Layer window, be sure to choose the SAME color as the line.

Offset (pixels): 3
The blur to the stroke softens the edges of the mark, but the color becomes a little flat for pencil. Setting noise to 30 gives the mark back some sparkle (dark pixels). Setting noise outline keeps the curves from looking computer-ish, and therefore it appears hand-drawn.
This suits me, but maybe not you. You might try different brushes with these settings, and tinker with the settings, until you discover something you like.
