I am using Moho 13.5. the thumbnails of my files are not showing. I only have Moho 13.5 installed on my system. Old version is not installed.
Despite all my attempts, I could not find a solution.
It slows my work speed a lot.
Can you help me please?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling 13.5?

Hello, I used to have a similar problem after installing Moho 13.5. I found an app called ICAROS which solved all thumbnail problems on my PC.
