Changing bone strenth PNG

Hello,
I am importing PNG images and adding bones.
I can't seem to be able to change the strenght.
These are lines and I want them to remain rigid and not bend at all.
Is this possible?
Thank you.

If you layer bind an image to a bone, the bone strength is ignored.
If you flexi-bind an image to a bone (ore more), bone strength is recognized, but distortions will occur.

Ok. Thanks.
So importing images to animate is not great if they distort.
I am missing something. How would you import and use images for animation?
Animating hands, arms and legs without bending?
Do you need to build inside Moho!

How the image deforms or doesn't deform has to do with how you bind the PNG image, and there are many ways to bind an image after you import it. Importing itself has nothing to do with it.
If you Layer Bind, it's like locking the image to a bone. You do this when you don't want the image to bend, and you only want it to follow the bone. This is idea for puppets with discreet body parts or when you want to attach a prop to a character.
If you want to deform or bend the images, use one of the flexi-binding modes. By default, the image is automatically bound using a 'global' flexibinding, which means all the bones with strength will affect it. If you want only certain bones to affect the image, you need to use Use Selected Bones For Flexibinding.
If want to affect the PNG as if it were a vector image, you need to create a 2D mesh. Then, after applying the mesh, you can use vector specific binding methods like Point Binding to deform the image.
If the issue is that you're not seeing Bone Strength to be able to adjust it, you need to select the Bone Strength tool. If you do not see the Bone Strength tool, it''s probably because you're not on the setup frame (frame 0). Many rigging features work only on the setup frame.
Hope this helps.

You can also use Smooth Joint to deform a PNG. This is a very easy way to bend an image between two bones. I used this method for the Puss rig seen in the
Puss In Boots interactive episode on Netflix. The Puss rig is almost entirely made from imported PNG.
I'm also using vector art created that was inside of Moho for the
boundaries of certain parts, like the hat, head and torso. But the arms and legs are just imported PNG images using Smooth Joint with nothing else added.
The hands are also imported PNG images but they are inside a switch layer that has Layer Binding applied, so no deformation on the hands here.

Thank you.
I will check these possibilities.
