Steam Release?

Okay so this is a awkward post. I already own Moho Pro 13.5 and been a user since Anime Studio 6 so this question isn't for me more so I think Moho would get a lot more attention if it did get a Steam release since there is a lot of gamers that actually buy software from there and Steam has a massive user base so even if a small portion of that user base buys it at least it'll be seen on the store front and get more recognition. I want Moho to get as much clients as possible because this software is absolutely amazing and the best when it comes to character animation. I may have my own feelings that differ than others in what direction Moho should focus more on feature wise but we can all agree it's the best at it does. So what's your guys opinion?

Lost Marble would have to take into consideration Valve's cut of any sales on Steam. Moho already has a vector for digital delivery, activation, and license verification. Part of the appeal of Steam is that Valve offers the option of doing those things for the publisher (although some publishers continue incorporating their own thank you very much Ubisoft).

One possible appeal to being on Steam, though, would be access to the Steam Workshop feature which would allow artists to share basic assets. The only downside to that it you end up risking a lot of novice works looking alike if they use the same downloadable assets.

I think LM is on the right track already, using youtube and other video platforms to feature skilled artists, showing prospective users where they could reach if they build sufficient skill.
