Windows and Mac performance difference 13.5.5

Good afternoon. Is there any explanation for the difference in performance on Mac and Windows?
The scenes are the same.
The settings are the same.
When playing an animation in a scene
Windows - 7 fps
mac - 14fps
The only difference is the platform.
1) Mac air m1 8/512
2) Windows ryzen 5600x 36 RAM

The processors are practically identical in performance.

And in 13.5 for windows everything was similar with performance (13 fps).
And already in 13.5.5, Windows is far behind.

What is the actual reason for such a striking difference?
I really regretted that I upgraded to 13.5.5 because more fluidity and overall performance was very important to me.

How quickly can you fix it and what is the problem.
And it turns out that on Windows there is no point in switching from 12.5 unless, of course, Vitruvian bones are needed.

It turns out that Mac owners get better quality than Windows owners.

As far as I understand, 13.5 was designed to take advantage of Apple's M1, but there's no different architecture in higher performing Windows processors to leverage.
Also, make sure your Windows machine is running Moho on your dedicated graphics card. Makes a difference.

My subscribers and I performed a performance test of the new version when it first came out.
I am attaching the link.
And as a result, it turned out that in the new version, both on Mac and on Windows, it makes sense to update the hardware, since now it will work better.
And you can rely on the geekbench website to understand how many frames will be in the viewport.
But now in 13.5.5 everything is dull as in 12.5

We had a specific test scene that we tested with the same settings.
