Pin bones not created?

I know it's been awhile since I really used the program, but pretty sure while in the bone group with nothing selected I can click the add bone tool and click the mouse and a pin bone will magically appear...that's not happening? I can click and drag for a regular bone. I checked the manual and even closed out the program and restarted with a new document and set up a simple rig and still can't click to create a pin bone. Only thing I see in preferences is the size I tried changing that I had the default Narrow to medium still not showing. I also added a couple of alt-* key short cuts for layers back and front etc. (just tring to think of everything I did). Any ideas?

It's working here (i.e., just click with the Add Bone tool,) but another user reported the same problem recently....

The only think I know is having "Enable drawing tools only on frame 0" and not being on frame 0.

Funny...I was just wondering why I was able to create a Pin bone on a frame later than 0, or any bone for that matter. Mystery solved. :)

@SuperSGL, how about when you click with the middle mouse button? I noticed on my computer it works like left mouse in this case...wondered if it did something differently on yours.

Another thought: have you tried using a different mouse? Or update the mouse driver if it uses a third party driver. In the past I've had mouse devices not work properly in one program or another, and I wound up replacing the mouse with a newer one.

One other thing that come come mind is screen resolution and windows scaling...sometimes non-standard settings can affect interaction with some programs. If you use custom display settings, for the purpose of testing, try setting it to something basic like 1920 x 1080 and 100% Window Scaling. Also make sure Moho is set to normal size fonts in Preferences. If Pin Bones creation still doesn't work, at least we know that's not the cause and you can set everything back.
