i need help. i want to ask some questions and i need to attach images to my post. please, how do i attach the image or even a video?

find a suitable (free!) image hosting service (I use imgbb -
https://imgbb.com/) - upload the image there, then put the url in the "image" tags that will be generated when you press the button
videos - youtube or vimeo or ... same idea

just a word on the urls... if you use youtube, just the video identifier, not the whole url, goes between the [ ... ]
e.g.
and for img -- some sites offer different urls for embedding e.g.

I use Dropbox to host an image.
Copy the Dropbox link.
Write forum post.
Click the Insert Image button (not URL).
Paste link.
Edit the link, changing
dl=0 to
raw=1.
Preview to make sure it worked.
