Fatal Error 7089

Hello everyone,
My pc freezed while working and I restarted it now I can't open Moho. It gives me a fatar error -7089
I deleted and reinstalled it. Nothing changed. Also deleted Lost Marble folder but it still gives me this error. How can I fix this? Thank you

That error message typically means a support file has gotten corrupted. Make sure you've completely closed out of Moho, then delete this "Lost Marble" folder:
/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Lost Marble
Restart Moho and see if it works any better now.

I am using Windows 10 and I deleted AppData\Roaming\Lost Marble folder but it didnt work. Should I delete another folder?

By the way I changed the user and tried to reinstall it but still the same error

I solved the issue.
I deleted the Lost Marble folder in C://ProgramData folder
Everything works nice now. Thank you Victor.

Other similar problems have required deletion from: C:\ProgramData\Lost Marble
Some people also had to remove "Smith Micro" folders.

It does not work on my Mac, since I do not have a Lost Marble folder.
