Some missing keyboard shortcuts

Is there any keyboard shortcut available to move the current time by intervals other than single frame and start and end? I would like to be able to move by seconds, for example.

Also, I wish there were a keyboard shortcut for toggling between interpolations. It says I can use Ctrl1 through Ctrl 9 to select interpolations, but those are not working for me. Even if they were working, I find changing interpolations to be cumbersome. As keyframes are aggravatingly tiny to click on, and the keyboard shortcuts aren't working, I'm trying to come up with any way of making that easier on me.

With respect to Ctrl 1 - 9 - these do work - after you select some keyframes. i.e. They set the interpolation of the currently selected keyframes. They used to work with the keypad keys, but now only seem to work with the regular number keys (at least for me).

Oh I see, of course. I was hoping to change the default interpolation from the little drop down. Thanks.

I just added that to my script that scrubs the timeline by clicking and dragging in the workspace:
