Hi guys,
As you can see in this video, wrap and image layer got somehow disconnected. Does anyone knows how this happened (and to avoid this happening in the future)?

I recently made a production and I also had this same problem. I have dropped the project for the moment until I find a solution.

i admit i don't work with smart warps a lot, so, my tests might not match your workflow exactly, but i was able to recreate your issue on my first try. not sure how it got unlinked, but in my case, all i needed to do was go back into the layer settings for the image (in your case, "head - adult siegfried.png"), go to the image tab, and update the smart warp layer (in your case, "head - adult siegfried.png (warp)"). after that, everything worked as expected.
so, i guess my question is, have you opened up the layer settings and checked to see if the smart warp layer is still applied?

Thanks alanthebox for your tip. Next time, I'll know where to check and how to solve the problem. I assume it got disconnected because I moved the position of the smart bone dials in zero frame. With 'position' I mean the position of the base not the bone angle position.
