How do I save a new workspace?

New to MoHo. Running 13.5
When I go to "new workspace" the popupwindow says "no workspaces available"...
Am I missing something?

I don't use this feature but when I select the command I get a New Workspace window with Workspace options and the Workspace Preview area set to my Custom Content Folder.
This makes me wonder, have you set your Custom Content Folder? This is necessary for certain features, like using third party scripts and other custom settings and files.
