Target bones not working

Hey all, long time Moho user here but new to the forum. I have a question about target bones: they seem to be working fine for me on frame 0 (Design Mode), but on any other frame the rig doesn't respond to them at all. Any ideas on why this is?

It's hard to know what is happening by only watching the video, but check if the arm or forearm have rotation keyframes in any unrelated smart bones.
Target bones plus smart bones forcing rotation can generate this kind of conflict.

Yes that was it! There was indeed one keyframe in an unrelated smartbone. Thanks Victor.

So if I want to use target bones, should I avoid adding keyframes to smartbones in general? Is it a bug? Or is there a workaround for this?

You just should not add Target bone's key frames into any smart bones otherwise they won't move around when you'll actually animate your character

It doesn't sound like a bug. From the description, this setup is telling Moho to do two conflicting things at the same time: the Smart Bone is telling the bone to rotate a certain way, while IK is telling the bone to follow a target. You might need to re-think the setup.
