I understand that you can add points and reduce the line thickness to 0, but the moment of working with Hide Edge is interesting

Hide Edge can't work on live boolean shapes as the strokes you see on screen are generated dynamically and don't exist as individual curves between two points. If you arrange your liquid shapes and set up the blend options to get the end result you like, then hit the Merge button, this will create the resulting shape and then you can use the Hide Edge tool.
Of course the liquid shapes are no longer there.
