Moho 12 kick me out when i try to import psd file

like the topic, i have some characters or items psd file, and sometime, i general import psd file and moho kick me out, and I haven't been able to find a solution, i tried to rename some layers i suspect, sometime it's work, sometime, it's doesn't. if you guys have tips or tricks for this case, plz help me!
