Animation Volunteers for Student Short Film

Hi everyone,
I'm just written a script for a short film (equal to, or less than, 4 minutes in length) about a mysterious letter from a long-dead relative. I tried to animate it myself, but there was a struggle and many people were killed in the crossfire. So I decided to enlist the help of you fine people: I've got about 10 weeks to have it done, finalised, and all you'd need to do is animate the thing: I've drawn up basic sketches of how the characters should look (there are only two) and the room it takes place in (there's only one).
Unfortunately I'm a student, which by definition means I'm cash-strapped and I can't afford to pay you, but no good deed goes unrewarded and if it does well I may be able to pay you for future projects.
