What is the difference between Flixi-binding and Link bone?

Short question, what is the difference between Flixi-binding and Link bone? In the menual, there is only flixi-binding. When searching for link bone, it has very little information.

Link bones is useful to limit which bone's strength move which layers (actually their drawings, the layers stay in their place). When you link a bone to a layer, you are telling moho to not move that layer with any other bone's strength.
Additionally, when using vitruvian bones, Moho will use the linked layers or a vitruvian bone to know which layers has to show or hide when you show or hide that vitruvian bone.

Flexi-bind is the default binding method that uses
Bone Strength to deform items. Flexi-bind and
Link are the same thing, except Link allows you to select which bones affect what you Flexi-bind to them. So, unlinked items are affected by ALL bones, and linked items are affected by SOME bones of your choosing.
Tip: With Link, you can bind multiple layers to multiple bones all at once by clicking the Link button.
FYI, in earlier versions of Moho, Link was called
Use Selected Bones For Flexi-binding, which is accurate, but was a mouthful to say and write. Saying or writing Link is so much easier.
