Bone motion with other layers

Hi everyone, I'm very new to animation and Moho so still trying to grasp even the definition of things. Whenever I hand draw, make shapes, etc. into different separate drawings on different layers under a bone layer group, using the manipulate bones function for one drawing is controlling the other one. Such as I have one leg in one layer, and then another leg in another layer and manipulating the bones in one leg is controlling the other leg. Thought that was strange. And in general making bone for joints like knee, elbow, etc. is having trouble bending the shape correctly.

You are using flexibinding and you didn't link specific bones to specific layers so every bone with strenght will affect every layer inside the bone group. You can either link the bones to layers and keep using flexibinding, or you can be more precise with point binding. Then, if some points don't look they way you wanted while the joint is flexed, you can always adjust them with smartbones.
